For an artproject we were asked to combine museums and towers of the city of Antwerp with the MAS museum. The 5 green laserbeams had to bridge several kilometers. We had to take extra measures to realise an ultra low divergence to maximize the brightness during the night. Because the beams were also animated, one by one, two at the time , with fade-in/out, there were high requirements to the resolution of the computer system and the projectors so they could hit their marks on the buildings
Meanwhile we projected a poem from the roof of the MAS museum to the square in front of the building. The large amount of text was accurately projected in a running text, but also indented and put in the correct font just as the poet imagined it to be. Again high requirements had to be met for the projectors.
On the occasion of the opening of the new showroom for DS cars in Drogenbos (B) and in Luxembourg (L) we designed a lasershow with simultaneous projections on two wire mesh screens and on windows equipped with projection film, followed by an awe inspiring apotheosis with no more than 5 lasers.
In merely a weeks time between the order and the show itself logos and animations were digitised and a 5 minute show was elaborated in commission of A First Impression.
Mapping on architectural features of the showroom was added at the scene, as well as DS keywords which flowed over the cars.
The result was astounding! The audience was impressed by the quality of the show and the commissioners were also deeply impressed by the flexibility to integrate last-minute wishes of the client.
